Accomplished and Experienced Performer

Rebekah Luisse started musical life with the piano. Studying with Anne Adamek and Monica Laczofy, Rebekah graduated with a Bachelor of Music at the Elder Conservatorium, University of Adelaide. After graduating, Rebekah pursued her passion for classical voice whilst appearing in a number of semi-professional and professional productions.

 

As well as joining the chorus of the State Opera of South Australia, Rebekah also performed ‘The Author’ and ‘Sally’ as part of The Young Artist Studio Program, as well as various operetta roles including ‘Mabel’ and ‘Mitzi’ for the Light Opera Society of South Australia.

Broadcast on the BBC, Rebekah has performed at La Chiesa di Santa Croce-Greve, Chianti, Bethanien Kloosters-Amsterdam, Arts Festival-Worcester, The Cavendish-London, The Library-London, The Grey Lady, the Gulbenkian Café, Sarastro Drury Lane, and the RAC, Pall Mall.

International Experience

Rebekah first started teaching whilst in high school. 20 years on, and much personal study, either in the area of technique, foreign language, musicianship, or movement, I am able to offer my students positive and informative lessons.

It’s been my privilege to work with many students at varying stages of their musical life, and I’m very pleased to able to share some of their comments and testimonials of our experience together.
